Brandon - ABILITY TO SUCCEED WITH ESTABLISHING: This role will be working hands-on with entry level ticketing positions that often will have minimal, if any, full-time working experience as they enter roles here. This role needs to be able to develop them at the earliest stages and be a key part of their continued organizational growth while implementing systems for efficiency.
